Attending a conference can be an enlightening experience. There is so much new information out there and this is the perfect venue for learning. The only problem is that some of the speakers are a little outdated. They are still talking about how to do eyelashes with techniques that we have not used in years. I try to just avoid those meetings and seek out others that are more on the cutting edge of makeup and fashion as well as the industry as a whole.
