I love eating good food, but almost more than that I adore cooking nice meals for other people. It makes me feel great when I see their faces light up, and them really enjoying the dishes I put down in front of them. I have some foodie favourites, of course, but everyone gets bored eating the same thing all the time, so I wanted to cook something a little different. One of my followers on Twitter suggested Kedgeree, a dish I’d heard about before but never tried- and I’d certainly never cooked it. It’s a yummy fish and rice dish that was originally eaten for Breakfast in Britain, and sounded really yummy. I thought it was a great idea, so found a Kedgeree Recipe online that sounded good – the resulting meal was simply delicious!
