I read an interesting article in the Wall Street Journal yesterday which took a look at the key elements in HC "reform" plans that Democrats are pushing in Congress that have failed miserably at the state level in New York, Massachusetts, Maine, Tennessee and elsewhere:

It's not a surprising whatsoever that these measures failed as many predicted, but what amazes me is that Congress would try and enact these measures at the federal level knowing that not only did they not work at the state level, they made matters worse.

It's no wonder why the proponents of these HC "reforms" are in such a rush to ram their ill-conceived plans through Congress...
