- Mark Sanford (R) = Humiliating affair with Brazilian mistress after mysteriously leaving his post as Governor (and his family as a husband and father). Affair payed for with State funds.

- John Ensign (R) = Marriage vow breaking affair. Ethics questions regarding payments to the mistress family.

- Sarah Palin (R) = Resigned apparently because "ethics violation" allegations became too overwhelming. She left her post and broke her contract with Alaska as Governor.

Not to insult the Right wing of politics. But how can Republican politicians claim to stand for family values and ethics when they clearly have none of these values at heart?

These are the same people who don't want homosexuals to have 'equal rights' of marriage because they have such strong "family values" and believe in the "sanctity of marriage."

We lose thousands of MUCH NEEDED troops because of ignorant "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" laws. Homosexuals don't have the same civil rights other Americans have.

Maybe these "family values" republicans can gain some humility?
